A position has arisen for a temporary Painter and Decorator within an established organisation. This role supports general maintenance tasks in a commercial building situated in Swansea.

Your duties will include:

  • Responsible for painting and decorating within a commercial environment
  • Ensure works are carried out to a high standard
  • Ensure the tasks are undertaken in accordance with statutory compliance, Health & Safety and COSHH
  • Maintain an accurate record of completed works
  • Report works required to be carried out by contractors to management team

The successful candidate should have:

  • You must have previous experience carrying out painting and decorating
  • A qualification in painting and decorating would be desirable but not essential
  • Please note, a DBS will be required for this position
