A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT SUPERVISOR AT RAMADA BY WYNDHAM BELFAST

What you'll be doing...
Assisting with the overall operation of the hotel during the night time hours
Attending to guests' inquiries and requests
Ensuring the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion
Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
Experience in working night shifts is preferable
Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
