We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Belfast. As a Night Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall operation of the hotel, including managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the accurate completion of night audits.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
