Personal Tax Associate Position +ndash; City of London +ndash; Top 30 Accountancy Firm +ndash; Private Clients

Are you a Personal Tax Assistant with two tax seasons experience looking for a Tax Associate/ Tax Semi-Senior role with responsibility for your own portfolio?

Our client has embarked on an ambitious growth strategy in recent years which has seen them enter the Top 30 accountancy firms in the UK with expectation that they will reach the Top 20 within the next year. A leading auditor of AIM listed clients, they also act for a wide range of OMBs in sectors including technology, financial services, property and hospitality.

Personal Tax Associate responsibilities will include:

Responsible for a portfolio of clients consisting of directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, HNWIs, landed estates, non-UK domiciled individuals and non-resident clients

Deliver precise advice and support to clients on tax matters, both verbally and in writing.

Thoroughly research and propose solutions for technical tax issues, maintaining compliance standards.

Correspond promptly with clients and HM Revenue + Customs to address enquiries and penalty notifications.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage significant tax matters and client billing.

As a Personal Tax Associate - you will:

Be studying for the ATT qualification or ATT qualified

Have over 2 years+rsquo; Personal Tax experience

Strong understanding and seeking a career in Personal Tax

Preferably have working knowledge of CCH, Alphatax, IRIS
