Clark Wood is proud to present a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax Senior Manager or Associate Partner to join one of the UK's most respected national Top 20 firms. Our client is offering flexible arrangements for agile working and remote work.

This is a genuine opportunity to progress to partner at the firm, with a clearly defined pathway of development.

The ideal candidate can be Mixed Tax, or have a focus on Private Client Tax or Corporate Tax. The main purpose of the role would be to lead and develop the firm's regional tax consultancy offering while maintaining a significant existing client portfolio. The type of work undertaken by the Team includes tax inquiry work, providing tax advisory support on corporate transactions, advising on business restructures, and providing specific tax advice on a range of matters to our corporate clients and High Net Worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level advisory & planning services to a large existing portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises, owner-managed businesses, groups, partnerships & High Net Worth individuals.
  2. Business Development and Networking: develop client services and grow tax portfolio.
  3. Increase awareness & exposure of the firm's tax services.

The firm is based in Central London and is a fantastic location for commuters from all over London and surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACA) Qualified
  • Relevant experience of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning, advising on residence and domicile
  • Proven track record of Business Development
  • Experience within a Senior Manager/Director level role
