Exciting opportunity to join a global legal finance team working on various finance deals and transactions. You will be part of the Digital Legal Delivery Finance Senior team, overseeing BAU outsourcing mandates, ad-hoc projects, and regulatory tasks.

Duties Include:

  • Deliver exceptional client service and manage legal work.
  • Manage workload efficiently, lead lawyer responsibilities, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.
  • Consult on technical client matters and handle the billing process.
  • Build and enhance client relationships, anticipate needs, and offer timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Legal Delivery, Finance, and the wider team to develop the practice.
  • Adhere to risk requirements, firm policies, and contribute to processes.
  • Maintain knowledge in relevant legal areas and provide technical excellence.
  • Improve processes and provide innovative solutions to clients through legal technology tools.
  • Support business development activities and represent Digital Legal Delivery at events.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you need to be 4+ years PQE qualified with extensive experience in derivatives negotiation and hedging.

  • Strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and project management.
