We are looking for a skilled Logistics Administrator to join a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is a market leader in supplying well-known brands globally. The company, owned by a family, values its employees and invests in their development.

About the role:

  • Salary up to £28,000
  • Great working hours with an early finish on Friday
  • Join a well-established department with in-house training

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse and despatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue daily stock picks
  • Update online platforms for pallet distribution
  • Arrange daily deliveries with couriers
  • Manage stock allocation and monitoring
  • Prepare documents for couriers, customers, and internal departments
  • Handle general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
  • Proficiency in IT skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 06:00 – 14:00
