We are looking for a skilled Logistics Administrator to join a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is a market leader in supplying well-known brands globally. The company, owned by a family, values its employees and invests in their development.
About the role:
- Salary up to £28,000
- Great working hours with an early finish on Friday
- Join a well-established department with in-house training
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse and despatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue daily stock picks
- Update online platforms for pallet distribution
- Arrange daily deliveries with couriers
- Manage stock allocation and monitoring
- Prepare documents for couriers, customers, and internal departments
- Handle general admin duties
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Proficiency in IT skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £28,000
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 06:00 – 14:00
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
