Job Description
Your Team

In this role you will be a key part of the UK Key Account Management function, joining a successful commercial team managing established client relationships and new business opportunities in the region.

Your Mission

Your role will be managing and further developing your own customer portfolio in the territory as well as managing and coordinating all commercial and contractual aspects between Avaloq and its customers. You will work with Avaloq customers to upsell our products and services, ensure compliance with existing contracts, oversee financial arrangements, manage operational account matters and drive fruitful collaboration.

Other responsibilities include:
Build and expand effective long-term relationships customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, profitable accounts and increasing revenues by upselling products and services;Build in-depth knowledge of our customers' strategies, ambitions, businesses, technology and operations to enable you to effectively network within the customer on various levels (IT, business, delivery and executive management) and develop successful relationships with key decision-makers;Work effectively with key stakeholders within Avaloq to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to address customer needs, requests, queries and issues;Serve as the primary interface with Avaloq customers acting as a first point of contact for all product and services opportunities and challenges;Manage commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations and drive billing/ invoicing controls;Coordinate Delivery, Service, Solutions and Commercial Teams to effectively engage with the customer in order to maximise satisfaction, revenue and profitability;Increase share of wallet by identifying opportunities and promoting and proposing new products or services to our clients; andActively engage in account planning activities and ensure opportunity management and customer account plans are updated regularly in Avaloq's CRM.
QualificationsStrong demonstrable relevant sales experience with a strong track record in banking salesKnowledge of private banking and wealth management domainsAdvanced relationship building and networking capabilitiesDesire and ability to maximise customer valueStrong entrepreneurial capabilitiesStrong communication, presentation and conflict management skillsIdeally a Bachelor's/Masters' from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business / Banking / Computer Science related disciplines.
