You are a salesperson, with B2B experience and an excellent consultative approach to selling, who is able to develop rapport with clients, delivering excellent service and constantly seeking new ways to win business from new and existing clients.

The Role of the Sales Consultant

Bond Solon operate within five main business areas:

  • Health, Social Care and Safeguarding
  • Witness Familiarisation
  • Expert Witness
  • Investigations, Intelligence and Covert
  • HR and People Development

This is a 360-degree sales role that sits in the Health, Social Care and Safeguarding business area.

Reporting to the director of the business unit, you will be responsible for generating new business, while also have responsibility for managing our existing client base with repeat and new business.

The primary function of this role is to sell training courses into the health and social care market by making business-to-business sales calls to senior decision makers and influencers across the sector.

The role is supported by an excellent marketing function.

In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:

  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle for new business in a B2B environment, from lead generation to closing.
  • A successful record of cold calling.
  • Demonstrable experience of upselling and cross-selling.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with decision makers.
  • To be comfortable winning new business and closing deals (averaging between GBP2,000 - GBP20,000 per deal).
  • To be comfortable introducing our products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Solid negotiation skills.

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:

  • Knowledge of the health and social care market.
