Join our client, a well-known Freight Forwarder, as a Multi Modal Operator in Dartford. As part of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery according to client specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Choose the most suitable transportation modes and routes based on various factors.
  • Optimize transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare necessary shipment documentation, including customs entries.
  • Handle paperwork for smooth shipment transport.
  • Resolve any shipment issues during transit.
  • Negotiate rates to maximize profit margins.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Transport and Logistics, with a strong knowledge of Air, Road, and Sea transportation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Familiarity with HMRC CDS system.
  • Cross-trade experience is a plus.
