My client are looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to provide first line administrative and technical support. You will be the main point of contact for clients and to maintain a high level of client service.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Independent Financial Advisors to ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Manage client documentation, including account opening, transfers, and updates, with precision and attention to detail
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial administration desired but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
