We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, highly self-motivated and positive minded SENDCO, to join our team.

The Inclusion Lead, in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, will play a key role in determining the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision in the school, to raise achievement of children with SEND, taking day to day responsibility for the operation of the SEND and any related policies.

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Leadership Team in delivering the vision and direction of the school, setting high expectations and modelling professional conduct. There will be some teaching assigned to this post.

St. Gerard's Catholic Primary School is a successful, friendly school with a dedicated and committed staff team. We are a one-form entry school and currently have 236 pupils on roll.
