GS3 Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Site and Project Manager for our client based in North Lanarshire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager & Project Manager to join our dynamic team in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of roofing and cladding projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during project execution.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager and/or Project Manager in the roofing and cladding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
