We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager on a permanent basis based in the West of Scotland.
As the Assistant Project Manager, you'll be a crucial part of the organisation's operational structure, focusing on delivering works to the highest standards from design through to handover. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll contribute to maintaining the excellent reputation our client has worked hard to achieve.
Provide robust leadership and guidance to site staff across live projects, ensuring correct project staffing.
Coordinate projects, ensuring they are on schedule to meet deadlines and run to client specifications.
Manage project development in accordance with approved plans and targets.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with internal and external management to ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements from tender to final handover.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project records.
Demonstrable experience at the Assistant Project Manager level.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the civil engineering sector, with rail and OLE project experience desirable.
Valid PTS and OLEC competencies.
