This role requires an individual who is organised and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for collaborating with other teams in PBS and across the wider business to achieve targets.

The Key Requirements...
  • High volumes of Data Entry.
  • Confident liaising with external and internal customers via the phone and email.
  • Processing high volumes of claims.
  • Checking claims against agreements.
  • Confident to learn new systems - SAP/TPM/Fiori and potential of others
  • Have Excel knowledge
