This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspiring leader to join Caister Academy. The successful candidate will join a welcoming and collaborative leadership team, focused on taking the school from Good to Outstanding. This position would be ideal for colleagues with evidence of substantial impact at middle leadership level, or at senior leadership level in attendance, behaviour, or safeguarding.

Caister Academy is one of Norfolk's leading co-educational secondary schools, situated in the coastal village of Caister, just north of Great Yarmouth. It specialises in literature and performing arts, with aspirations to lead nationally in all areas.
