We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subject Leader for Business Studies to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will lead our Business Studies department, shaping the curriculum, inspiring both students and colleagues, and driving academic excellence.

The Business Studies curriculum encompasses a mixture of BTECs and A-Levels. Applicants must have experience teaching Business Studies up to KS5 and demonstrate creative strategies for enhancing the learning environment.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator, potentially an existing subject leader, who is looking to further develop their leadership skills on a pathway to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) roles.

The successful applicant will be coming to a multi-academy trust-wide supportive learning environment, characterised by open management, and in the knowledge that they will enjoy the full support and care of the pragmatic (and down to earth) leadership team.
