Arnold Hill Spencer Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Head of Design Technology and Arts. The successful candidate will be a highly effective practitioner, with a passion for Design Technology and Arts, and a proven track record of leading strong pupil engagement and progress in these subject areas.
As the Head of Faculty, you will be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of the subjects, and provide guidance to other teachers. You will be joining a popular and flourishing faculty, with a focus on innovation and sharing good practice. We aim to inspire our students and monitor progress thoroughly to ensure every student achieves their potential.

Student attainment and progress is above national average at GCSE and well above average at A Level.
