The Department of Management at LSE is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and hardworking individual to assist with the provision of front-line services to students and faculty. You will provide a high level of administrative support to staff and students in the Department as well as working at the Department's Reception desk. These are key support roles, with a varied range of duties, such as responding to applicant and student queries, producing student bulletins, posting learning materials to our online platform, assisting with ad hoc student events, and supporting student submission and examinations. A 'can do', customer focussed attitude is a must.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join a busy and friendly team.

You should have a good educational background, sound IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will have some previous experience of working in an office environment, ideally working at a Reception or similar front line service. Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as these roles will involve working with a variety of students, faculty and professional services staff. You will place emphasis on attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise your own work.
