In this role you will provide IT Desk Support to colleagues within the business.

You will use your knowledge to provide solutions and support, as you troubleshoot and help to combat technical issues that may occur across the business.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst who can work well with people and build relationships with colleagues.

You will need to have good troubleshooting skills and be able to provide IT solutions to a range of different situations and combat issues when they occur.

Dealing with a variety of troubleshooting and IT issues
