About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Exeter. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality first-line IT support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Qualify, investigate, and resolve IT issues and requests in line with agreed Service Levels.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians and collaborate with the ServiceNow team to ensure efficient use of the platform.
  • Identify trends of issues and create problem records to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Service Desk Analyst role.
  • Strong computer skills and a solid knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • A 'can-do' attitude to problem-solving and ability to take ownership of issues.
