Our team is looking for a Sales Specialist in our Harrods store at Heathrow to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.

About The Role


You'll be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.


Please note, due to the location of this role, all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass.

Ideally you will already hold an airside pass which will fast track the application, but this is not essential.


Due to the current unprecedented demand on the Airport ID unit, new airside pass applications are currently taking approximately 3 months from point of application.

Further details regarding timeframes will be provided at interview stage.

About You

With a retail background, ideally within senior sales, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We're a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don't under-estimate the challenges.

Ours is a fast-paced environment and you'll need:

  • Previous experience within retail or customer service.
  • The communication skills to make a quick, longlasting impact in a highly skilled team.
  • A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
  • Selfmotivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
  • An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work within a team.
  • Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
