Accountable to: Director of Manor Teaching School Hub

Salary: L9-L13

FTE: Full Time

We expect our Deputy Director of TSH to make the education of their pupils their first concern and are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. Position Overview The post holder will oversee the strategic development and direction of Manor Teaching School Hub Appropriate Body Services and oversee the ECF programme facilitated by Manor Teaching School Hub, working in collaboration with schools across the Walsall, Wolverhampton and South Staffs region.

The post holder will also support the Director of Manor Teaching School Hub with the quality assurance of National Professional Qualifications, promoting teacher engagement and retention on these programmes,

The role of Deputy Direct of Manor Teaching School Hub is of critical importance as we strive for outstanding practice in every aspect of our work.
