Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in financial technology? Our client is seeking three highly motivated Recruitment and Onboarding Administrators to join their team on a 12-month contract. Based in our client's Manchester office, this role offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.

As a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Working closely with the Global Operations Lead, Talent Acquisition Team, Technology Teams, and various Business functions, you will be responsible for raising requisitions and managing administrative tasks related to equipment ordering, access requests, and communication with hiring managers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Raising requisitions in collaboration with hiring managers and following internal approval processes
  • Providing administrative support for new hire onboarding, including equipment ordering and access setup
  • Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to gather requisition requirements and communicate updates to hiring managers
  • Partnering with relevant teams to address any inquiries from hiring managers

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Background working in a recruitment/onboarding environment
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex administrative activities in a customer-focused setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably experience using an HR/recruitment system like Workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deliver high-quality results
  • Prior experience working with service level agreements would be advantageous
