Job Description:
  • Complete 3D modelling, detail design, technical calculations, and product development using internal software and tools.
  • Manage product redesign and reverse engineering processes, ensuring project schedules are met and internal standards are followed.
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and manage customer expectations.
  • Coordinate inputs to develop effective strategies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Organize technical documents and ensure they are filed correctly on the server.
  • Provide support to the Aftersales team through drawing creation and on-site reverse engineering.
  • Collaborate with suppliers during technical evaluations and manage project requirements.
  • Prepare data analysis for project commencement and support international colleagues during negotiations.
  • Deliver quality results under pressure and remain self-motivated.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve project goals.
  • Efficiently plan assignments and adhere to agreed timelines.
  • Apply strong communication and teamwork skills in formal and informal business environments.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of 2D and 3D CAD experience, Autodesk Inventor and Vault knowledge a plus.
  • Experience in a technical department of a competitor OEM.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and technical report writing.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with internal tools and standards.
  • Basic understanding of product/plant layouts and measurements.
  • Adept at creating 3D models from customer documentation.
