As a Senior Breakfast Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5* Food Hygiene standard at all times. To ensure standards of product, service and hospitality to our guests. To provide leadership to culinary activities of The Royal Lancaster London. All statutory departmental specific Health & Safety is carried out and recorded for all members of the team. Help maintain kitchen productivity.
