This role provides the perfect platform to utilise your legal expertise within a dynamic, close-knit team, and could propel your career into a Deputy Head of Department role.

In exchange, you'll receive a top-of-market salary. This role also has a strong focus on work-life balance, with a manageable workload and flexibility for home-working. You'll only be expected to attend the office once a month, so while the firm has offices in Chester and Altrincham, this opportunity would also suit those living across the North West, Yorkshire, North/Mid-Wales and the Midlands.

As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload, offering a quality, client-focused service. You'll also have the opportunity to grow into a Head of Department role in the future, testifying to the dedication of our client to career progression.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 7-10 PQE, substantial property and finance Court of Protection experience obtained within a dedicated Court of Protection team, and some prior supervisory or managerial experience within a team. You'll also need a driving licence for client visits.
