Are you AAT qualified with previous experience from an Accounts Payable / Receivable position? Are you looking for a new full-time role Monday to Friday in or near Wallingford? (hybrid working available after 3-6 month probation) Join our well-established client as an Accounts Payable Assistant.

The Accounts Payable Assistant will;
Manage Supplier AccountsProcess payment runsEnsure documentation related to payment of invoices is accurateProcess vendor invoicesReconcile A/P including intercompany accounts (Quarterly IC service Invoice)Liaise with creditors and answer queries regarding outstanding invoicesAllocate vendor paymentsManage import VAT and HMRC deferment accountAssist in audit/ year-end financial closure
As Accounts Payable Assistant you will have;
AAT qualification or equivalentExperience in banking reconciliation with resolution of queriesA high level of numeracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsAbility to build trust with customersStrong intermediate Excel skillsComputer literate and experience using MS Office
