Hours for the Retail Store Manager are 8:55am – 5:05pm, working 37.5 hours a week trading over 7 days
£27,300 per annum
Retail Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
Encourage and develop stock donations for instore and online
Generate financial contributions from the local community and generate future partnerships and opportunities
Maximise every team members contribution by recognising their strengths and skills and celebrating all levels of success
Ensure an excellent level of customer service, internally and externally
Present a positive and helpful attitude to customers, as an ambassador for the brand should
Ensuring adherence to safeguarding, health and safety
Responsible for quality sorting, pricing and merchandising
Management of stock donations
Recruit and train new team members
Ensure teams are data protection compliant, flagging breaches if they were ever to occur
Safeguarding and logging of incidents onto CRM system and flagged to the Regional Manager
Retail Store Manager Personal Specification:
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous retail management experience would be advantageous
Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and motivate the team
Interest in fashion/retail
Must have good IT and numeracy skills
Flexible and able to adapt to change
Knowledge of local community would be desirable, along with knowledge of e-commerce
Empathetic and strong communicator
