Why work for us?

We have recently begun to scale our public fundraising in line with the introduction of a new organisational strategy focused on women's leadership in humanitarian emergencies, making it a very exciting time to be joining CARE International UK. This new role has been introduced as part of this strategic focus.

CARE International UK has approximately 100,000 active supporters, including those who make loans through Lendwithcare. You'll be a confident and strategic manager who is able to pro-actively put your data and insight driven plans into action. You'll enjoy working in a high performing team, managing multiple projects and will have experience of managing agencies and building internal and external relationships. You'll be excited about the prospect of shaping this new role and putting your diverse skill set to use. You'll be someone who is willing to get stuck in and adapt to the varying demands of this role.

About the role

The role is responsible for developing CARE International UK's legacy marketing programme and leading on our wider supporter experience. The postholder will devise and implement strategies to meet targets. The role leads on planning for legacy marketing, ensuring audience insight and effective targeting are at the heart of the programme. And will deliver marketing campaigns via offline and online channels.

The role needs someone who thinks creatively and will apply their entrepreneurial spirit to developing a successful programme. The role will distill CARE's work down to compelling propositions to demonstrate the impact of gifts and will inspire more people to continue supporting for the long-term.
