A day in the life of a Recruitment Administrator

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates through email, phone, and face to face
  • Provide coordination support to all members of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Archive recruitment documentation, whilst adhering to GDPR regulation
  • Upload interview notes, CV's, and other relevant content onto the team's recruitment database
  • Organise and send out written conditional offers to candidates whilst adhering to strict deadlines
  • Taking incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Manage ad-hoc correspondence and items of work during absences in the office
  • Liaise closely with all members of the recruitment team to improve administration processes and procedures - as we believe there is always room to improve
