Description
- Processing finance transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
- Managing payroll and purchase ledger queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Temporary Finance Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of finance and payroll processes and regulations.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using finance software and systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to handle queries and build relationships.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
Job Offer
- An attractive hourly rate of 12 to 13 per hour
- Starting as soon as possible
- 6 month contract with possibility of extension
