Neway International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our Fostering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fostering Finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Fostering Finance team, including work planning, travel and accommodation solutions, and financial assistance requests.
- Progress the payment of invoices and provide support for budget holders and managers.
- Develop and maintain databases and perform data analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
