Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture resellers in your region while identifying untapped market opportunities.
  • Create a comprehensive 3-year Sell Through plan for ServiceNow, complete with annual targets and strategies.
  • Regularly assess partner needs, track channel effectiveness, and adjust programs as necessary to meet goals.
  • Develop profitable strategies and incentives for our partners, aligned with their business goals.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination, and effective partner strategy.
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and deal closures through events and programs.
  • Work with Partner Managers to drive growth within the Commercial Segment.
  • Provide sales and technical training for partners and in-house teams.
  • Manage internal and external teams effectively to ensure quality service delivery and program scalability.
  • Oversee communication between channel and direct teams to minimize conflicts.
  • Ensure partner compliance with programs and agreements.
  • Participate in the development of mutual objectives and performance targets with partners.
  • Identify and launch partner offerings to drive revenue growth.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership in channel development within the software industry.
  • Experience in building and managing channel programs across different regions.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, meeting sales targets, and managing forecasts.
  • Previous experience in high-growth companies with the ability to engage with executives.
  • Track record in recruiting and nurturing top talent.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.
  • Dynamic personality with exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Alignment with company values and work ethics.
