You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day supervision of contracts, ensuring that operatives are working efficiently and productively, and ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out per industry regulations.

Location: Brighton, Hastings, and Worthing.

Responsibilities:

  • day-to-day supervision of contracts, ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
  • ensuring that suppliers' and subcontractors works are carried out according to industry regulations
  • Liaising with the residents and customers and dealing with any queries or issues
  • Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
  • Regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the contracts manager
  • Attend pre-inspections and handover to the client
  • Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
