We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, safety, and sustainability. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Working Supervisor to join our team in Bicester.
Job Description: As a Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Working hours will be from 6pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of work activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Fit to Work Certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS certification is highly desirable.
- First Aid at Work certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
