LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in the South West of England. They are seeking an experienced employment solicitor, who can work on a short-term temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.

It would be ideal if you have experience advising academic institutions including schools and Higher Education providers, as well as being able to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.

To apply you will be:

  • A UK-qualified solicitor, admitted to the SRA for England and Wales
  • Experienced in advising on a broad range of employment matters
  • Available on no more than a 2 week notice period
  • Able to commute to the office on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office

The salary band is £23/hour - £34/hour and will be offered depending on experience and performance at interview.
