Job Title: Brand Representative (Field Sales Support)

Location: Swansea and surrounding area

Salary: 120 per day plus fuel expenses and business insurance

Hours: 5 days per week - daily rate paid for all shifts up to 8 hours long

Duration: 1-2 months

To carry out this role you must have access to your own vehicle and be able to use it for the duration of the role. Mileage is paid, and any additional business insurance that needs to be purchased will be reimbursed

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a short-term role this summer? We are looking for engaging and enthusiastic individuals to work across your area to visit local businesses on behalf of our client. This role is fully field based with no office attendance needed, and hours are flexible. Once you have finished your visits for the day, you can wrap up

As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for travelling to various locations in a day to check if retailers are utilising card terminals and offer assistance for those interested in implementing them. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to built rapport with customers is key in supporting the wider sales team.

To do this role, you must have your own vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various retail locations to check if they are using card terminals and offer assistance in implementing them if needed
  • Approach store managers and engage in effective customer service to understand their needs and promote the benefits of card terminals
  • Log all visit details accurately to maintain a comprehensive record of interactions
  • Utilise your own vehicle to travel between locations and ensure effective coverage

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driving licence
  • Access to a personal vehicle to travel to different locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
