Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary and catering teams to deliver exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards and manage the catering operations to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Team Management: Oversee the culinary and catering teams, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
• Communication and Representation: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, and represent Compass Group UK & Ireland to maintain a positive brand image.
• Training and Development: Support and train our teams to excel in their roles, and implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

• Previous Management Experience: Have previous management experience in a similar role.
• Communication and Organisational Skills: Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for Food and Service: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen.
• Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
