Are you an experienced and Passionate Product Marketing Manager looking for an opportunity to work on one of the world's most popular MMORPGs?

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the Marketing strategy and execution for a bold & exciting strategic project for Old School RuneScape.

Reporting into our Marketing Director, you will be a key member of the embedded OSRS Marketing department, collaborating closely with many teams including Product Management, Production, Design, Analytics & Creative Services. You will grow the game by creating industry leading go-to-market plans that support key projects & releases.

What you'll be doing:

  • Translate product strategy and commercial targets into long term marketing strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and monetization, with detailed requirements ensuring brand compliance and consistency.
  • Orchestrate the planning & oversee the execution of Go to Market plans from conception to completion, working with key stakeholders and channel owners e.g., UA, Social, Community, CRM, influencers, Web & more.
  • Help to define & establish brand identity, product positioning and target audience in collaboration with Product teams and other stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to uncover and curate actionable player insights in collaboration with community, Research and Analytics teams.
  • Take a lead role in managing campaign budgets, & optimising based on performance data. Contribute to budget forecasting based on historical performance and market trends.
  • Oversee asset briefing, production, delivery, and distribution, and act as a point of sign off to ensure all materials align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure campaigns are measured and reported against agreed objectives and KPIs with insights, learnings and recommendations included as standard. Report performance of Marketing campaigns back to the team and the wider business.
What we're looking for:
  • Strong experience in Product Marketing, with demonstratable examples of orchestrating & executing successful Go to Market plans.
  • Robust understanding and experience with MMO games, either as a seasoned professional, dedicated player, or ideally, both
  • Demonstrable experience of establishing a new brand identity or launching a new product.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives and innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience working with & harnessing a passionate community of customers/players.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the ever evolving gaming landscape
