About the Role:

The Anglia Ruskin Innovation Centre (ARIC) is a strategic partnership between ARU and The Welding Institute (TWI), with the aim of developing a comprehensive research capacity focussed on digital transformation of management, people, skills and organisational innovation within an Industry 4.0/5.0 context.

We are seeking a Senior Research Fellow in the area of innovation, and management who will work closely with social scientists in the research centres in the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL), aligning activities with the objectives of the member organisations of The Welding Institute (TWI). The core activity is to provide senior level research support to develop collaborative research proposals, including Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

You'll have a degree plus PhD or Professional Doctorate as well as a successful track record of securing collaborative research income, from leading the management and submission of research and innovation proposals through to delivery of projects. The ability to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and excellent written and oral communications skills is essential for this role.
