Salary: 15,132 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8:30-17:00)
Contract: Part-Time, with potential for increased hours
Benefits: Flexitime, holiday cover, supportive team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Bills of Materials for production
- Raise works orders and purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers and chase order updates
- Coordinate with departments for Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
- Perform end-of-month data reporting and stock taking
- Handle administrative tasks to support purchasing operations
Requirements:
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
