About the Role:

As a Relief Care Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will provide exceptional individual care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well. Your duties will be varied and include supporting and encouraging residents to participate in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. You will help them book appointments, arrange transport, and escort them on visits, as well as assist with their shopping.

About You:

  • You will be a warm, friendly individual with a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
  • You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
  • You will be driven to support our residents and help them maintain their independence.
