Main Purpose of Role:

As a member of our finance team, you will be passionate, committed and determined, ideally with at least 2 years of experience within a similar role.

You will be providing exceptional service to customers and build effective working relationships.

You will thrive working as part of a team but will also enjoy managing your own workload. As part of the team, you'll enjoy helping others. You will be reliable and punctual, striving to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Answering a high volume of incoming calls from supplies and internal staff / depots Statement reconciliations, investigate and correct discrepancies Input stock invoices and match to purchase orders/goods received notes Input credit notes Keeping supplier file maintenance up to date and setting up new supplier accounts Office based position in a relaxed open plan environment Manage shared email inbox Good IT skills, self motivated and excellent communication skills are essential Other ad-hoc duties If you have the relevant accounts and purchase ledger experience please apply for immediate consideration.
