About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Professional to join our client's team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing overhead invoices, ensuring the ledger is accurate and up-to-date, and performing supplier statement reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process overhead invoices (telephone bills, advertising, transportation, office inventory)
- Ensure that the ledger is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Process expense claims
- Post ad hoc bank payments
- Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least 2 years previous experience of purchase ledger
- Reasonable level of Excel
- Previous use of SAP an advantage
Working Hours: Office-based, flexible hours (Monday to Thursday)
