This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Applications Developer. Not only is this role offering a competitive salary, it also offers a yearly bonus of between 5-15% of your salary

Responsible for:

  • Building CRM 'Widgets' using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Software Development on Zoho CRM in Zoho's native language 'Deluge' (prior experience with Deluge not necessary).
  • Applying technical knowledge and understanding to automate a variety of business processes.
  • Developing and maintaining multiple external API Integrations.
  • Designing solutions within the current tech stack to achieve business requirements.
  • Improving coding efficiency in existing CRM functionality.
  • Working closely within the Technical Team (CRM, Machine Learning, Support) to deliver high quality and impactful projects to the wider business.
  • Providing an internal 2nd level tier support for escalations on scripting issues.

The candidate should:

  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proactive in identifying the needs of the sales team and wider business.
  • Be an excellent problem solver, able to investigate issues and form logical solutions.
  • Have experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferable but not essential).
  • Be competent in JavaScript, HTML & CSS - able to demonstrate existing projects.
  • Have experience in providing technical support to a team.
  • Have an ability to prioritise and manage their tasks efficiently.

Renumeration / Benefits:

  • Salary £35K.
  • Discretionary generous annual bonus package - typically 5 - 15% of annual salary.
  • 28 days holiday inc. bank holidays.
  • Pension contribution.
