The Role

To assist with the production of overseas regulatory filings, funding and where applicable financial statements. The team covers Europe, US, Canada, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia and Switzerland, but additional / new territories may be added.

Responsibilities
Conduct the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual filing including reconciliations, collation of data, checking resultant outputs (quality and correctness), resolve issues arising from reviews Development and compliance with the requirements of Overseas trading arrangements with specific reference to: preparation and submission of regulatory returns, financial statements (where applicable), funding schedulesProvide first line support to Managing Agents in coordination with the International Licenses team. Build and maintain relationships with relevant Managing Agent contacts.Prepare market communications, guidance and reporting instructions issued by Lloyd's to Managing Agents.Provide data gathered from the above returns to STFO, IL, Lloyd's Overseas offices/Reps and Treasury as well as to other departments in Lloyd's, as required.Review the reporting process regularly to identify any changes required due to changes in reporting requirements and to improve the reporting process overall. Continuously develop procedures and process documentation in relation to the above, and contribute to the development of the controls and systems of the Overseas Reporting area.Ensure data and information is obtained, stored and managed effectively; key man exposure managed; and the team is involved in relevant Central & Market initiatives Development and compliance with the requirements of overseas trading arrangements, in both existing territories and new territories Support Senior Manager, Overseas Reporting in various ad hoc projects undertaken by the Overseas Reporting team.
