What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst who will reportto Head of Reward to lead the implementation of our reward strategy and support integration projects. You'll play a critical role in delivering annual salary reviews, automating tools, and ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include:
Conducting regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reward-related systems and tools, generating reports and analytics to support decision-making.Staying abreast of trends and developments in reward management, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and drive business results.Managing annual salary review projects.What experience you'll bring:Previous experience of supporting reward projects, with a focus financial excel analytics and administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
