This is full time and long term temporary position and working for very well established accountancy company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Monday to Friday with flexible start time: 9.30 to 16.30 or 10.00 to 17.00
Job Profile
- Recording and processing transactions via data entry into the ledger ensuring that they are correctly coded and posted to the right account.
- Raising sales invoices monthly and sending to clients
- Maintaining the aged creditor account and chasing up late payments.
- Maintaining records and ledgers.
- Reconciling client accounts and bank at the end of each month
- Maintaining and managing the filing system both manually and electronically
- Handling client enquiries
Candidate Profile
- The candidate must have a strong interest in working in a busy finance environment, meet targets and deadlines and possess a keen attention to detail.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working with accounting software: Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
