About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process invoices and credit notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to colleagues and external partners.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
  • Strong Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • GCSE in Math's and English or Functional Skills Level 2.
  • Studying for the AAT (desirable but can be undertaken as an apprenticeship).
